During my stay, I was impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities. The breakfast had a great variety of options to choose from and the staff was very helpful in assisting me. Additionally, this city's transportation system was easily accessible and the location was conveniently close to Tamshui harbor.
Nothing, it is perfect.

Spent Christmas week exploring the city without breaking the bank. the room was large with a polished hardwood floor and a spacious spa. the morning selection of breakfast was delicious, with plenty of variety. Best of all was the complimentary shuttle to nearby attractions and the city center.
The language barrier made it a bit difficult to communicate with some of the staff, and the door kept beeping when not properly closed. Nonetheless, despite the setbacks, we had a great time visiting the attractions and exploring the city.

It easily takes you to different locations such as Old Street, Fisherman's Wharf and San to Domingo fort. Plus, the breakfast was a delight and offered plenty of variety.
Communication in English could be a little difficult. Some rooms were smaller than expected, and the doors had a tendency to beep when not closed properly.

We had a wonderful stay here! The location was perfect, with many convenience stores, coffee shops, and a PX Mart nearby. We loved being close to the Light Rail System, which made it easy to explore the area. The cleaning staff were so helpful and made sure our rooms were spotless. Plus, the fish pond outside the premises was a peaceful touch that added to the overall tranquility of our stay.
